1. General Overview & Agreement

By engaging with services from The Aligned Space Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following policies, terms, and disclaimer. These guidelines are established to safeguard the integrity of our services and to respect the time, energy, and boundaries of all clients.

All services provided are for personal growth, reflection, and educational purposes only. You retain full responsibility for your personal decisions, actions, and life outcomes.

2. Appointments & Booking Terms

• All sessions must be booked in advance exclusively through our official booking system.
• Same-day bookings are not accepted to ensure adequate preparation and scheduling.
• Availability is consciously limited each week to guarantee high-quality service, attentive presence, and focused support for every client.
• Session slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Business Hours & Communication

Messages and inquiries are addressed exclusively during our designated business hours:

     •  Tuesday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (CST Time)  

     •  Sunday & Monday: Closed

Any communications received outside of these hours will be responded to promptly on the next available working day.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients are permitted to reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may regrettably lead to the forfeiture of your deposit or full session fee.
• "No-shows" will not be eligible for a refund, and rebooking future sessions may require full upfront payment.

5. Refund & Payment Terms

All services are strictly non-refundable once a session has been booked or successfully completed.

Deposits and any prepaid sessions are non-refundable due to the dedicated time and preparatory work reserved for your appointment. However, rescheduling is always accommodated in accordance with our policy guidelines.

6. Late Arrival Policy

• A grace period of 10 minutes is extended for all scheduled appointments. 
  
  
• Should a client arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session duration may be shortened or, depending on subsequent schedule availability, may be considered a "no-show."

• The full session fee will still be applicable regardless of shortened time due to late arrival.

7. Scope of Services & Disclaimer

Our services encompass life coaching, mentorship, intuitive guidance, and personal development support.

It is important to note that these services:

• Do not serve as a replacement for medical, legal, psychological, or financial professional advice.
• Are not a substitute for professional licensed care or therapeutic interventions.
• Are primarily intended for fostering personal insight, self-reflection, and empowerment.

8. Client Responsibility & Acknowledgement

By engaging in a session, you explicitly acknowledge and affirm that:

• You bear full responsibility for your personal choices and subsequent actions.
• You understand and accept that specific results or outcomes are not guaranteed.
• You are voluntarily seeking guidance and support for your personal development journey.

9. Communication Guidelines

• All interactions and communications are expected to remain respectful and professional at all times.
• Please be aware that messages are not monitored 24/7; responses will adhere to stated business hours.
• Clear boundaries are maintained to preserve energetic balance and ensure consistent service quality.

10. Confidentiality Assurance

All client information and the specifics of session details are maintained with the utmost privacy and confidentiality, except in instances where disclosure is legally mandated.

11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
